INSIGNIA Business Centre has been in the Czech market since 1997 and it ranks among the business centres with the longest tradition and professional experience in Prague.

We provide shared office services, a Prague registered business address for your company, mailing address, meeting rooms for hire and other supplementary services. The services are provided on a high professional level and meet the requirements for reliability, legislation standards and functional secretariat / reception.

INSIGNIA Business Centre is located in the historical centre of Prague in the KONVIKT building between the streets Konviktská and Bartolomějská. Formerly Jesuit college with its remarkable period interiors is a unique place where the new offices and meeting rooms were built in keeping with the authenticity and intimate space of this historical building. INSIGNIA Business Centre is easily accessible both by local transport (Metro A – Můstek station, Metro B – Národní třída station, tram lines 9 and 22) and by car – National Theatre underground parking is nearby.

  • Receiving of incoming mail, record keeping, notifying and processing in accordance with agreed instructions (re-sending, scan, collection in person)

  • Possibility to hire meeting rooms with WiFi connection

Supplementary services

  • Telephone answering service – allocation of a direct telephone number. Receiving of incoming calls under your company´s name, transfer of the call to your telephone number or taking a message. In case of interest we can redirect the allocated telephone number

Meeting rooms

INSIGNIA Business Centre offers two meeting rooms which can be hired for an hour, half day or full day according to your requirements. They are furnished in a style which matches the historic nature of the building. Both rooms have a beautiful view of Betlehem Chapel. Refreshment can be arranged to the requirements of the client. Professional secretarial backup and administrative facilities are available (copying, printing and other services on demand).

Small meeting room

The small meeting room accommodates up to 8 people. Flipchart and WiFi are available. The hourly rate for hire is 250 CZK + VAT.

Large meeting room

The large meeting room is suitable for up to 20 people. The flexible layout enables easy organisation for conferences, seminars or presentations. Whiteboard, flipchart, data projector and WiFi are available. The hourly rate for hire is 500 CZK + VAT.
